Hello! Â It has been a busy summer. Â I haven’t posted my “Friday Favourites” in a few weeks, so here’s a new one.
Lately I’ve been noticing how many photographers on Stocksy are incorporating words into their photos.  When I started doing stock photography, I thought it was generally recommended for photographers to avoid words to give designers more options to use your photos.  While there were exceptions (like phrases written in sand), usually I felt that words were not welcome.
Now I am noticing more an more words being used in stock photography, and sometimes they are the focus of the entire image.  I love it!  Here are some of my favourite images that incorporate words, that you can license from Stocksy.
Reminder: Use the promo code JEN20 to get 20% off your first purchase at Stocksy.
This post is better if you try to read it as a weird, discombobulated story.
